About HM Print & Design LLC

We're HM Print & Design LLC, a small custom shop in Historic Richfield Springs, New York.

Founded by Wayne Hesler-Mondore, our shop started out of a deep passion for storytelling, artisanal craftsmanship, and technical design. What began as a local creative endeavor has grown into a full-scale production house built on quality, transparency, and personal connection.

We bring over 38 years of technical expertise to every piece we make. In our shop we make custom signs, do laser engraving and CNC woodwork, and create glassware, home decor, and print work like business cards and flyers. Most of what we make is one of a kind, built for a family, a business, a wedding, or a gift.

Our Etsy shop has 2,000+ sales, and we bring the same care to every order here.

How custom orders work:

1. tell us your idea
2. we send a proof
3. you approve it
4. and then we make it.
5. final step is to ship/deliver or pickup
