Do I see a proof?
Yes. Review the wording, layout, names, dates and contact information before giving approval. We give you up to three proofs for free.
Can you help with design?
Yes. Send your notes, logo, photos or an existing piece. Ask about the design work and charges before ordering.
What if I only have a Canva, Word or image file?
Tell us what you have. We can discuss whether it is suitable or needs changes before printing.
How long does printing take?
Timing depends on the item and job requirements. Tell us your deadline at the start and ask about production time after proof approval. Call first for same-day availability.
Where do I collect my order?
Arrange pickup at 22 Monticello Street, Richfield Springs or 106 New Hartford Shopping Center. Confirm that the order is ready and check pickup hours before travelling.
How do I request a quote?
